💡 About The Role

As Ray’s founding Product Growth leader, you’ll own the end-to-end growth engine—from first touch to lifelong habit. Reporting to the CEO in our Cambridge HQ, you’ll drive early adoption, hunt down friction, run lightning-fast experiments, and ship product wins that compound user growth and set us up for Series-A scale.

🧠 Your focus

  • Identify growth opportunities (onboarding, activation, retention) via user interviews and analytics. 

  • Design and run rapid experiments by prioritizing hypotheses and building test metrics. 

  • Build dashboards (activation, retention, CAC:LTV, referral K-factor) for real-time team visibility. 

  • Develop referral and social-sharing loops to drive organic growth. 

  • Elevate app store visibility and test ad campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and Apple Search.

✅ Skills Needed

  • 3-6 years in product growth, ideally with early-stage mobile/consumer products.  

  • Proven track record of impact with citable experiments/metrics. 

  • Skilled in experimentation, automation, analytics, and growth strategies. 

  • Fluent in insights and analytics tools (ex PostHog, Mixpanel, SQL, etc.)

  • You thrive in early-stage environments, are adaptable, and proactive in creating structure. 

  • Big bonus points if you use Ray - we live our customer journey daily.

🚀 What Success Looks Like

  • 45-Days: You’ve developed foundational analytics, shipped end-to-end experiments, and collaborated with the team to develop a roadmap for growth.

  • 90-Days: Activated Weekly Users is up, Retention is up, referral K-factor is up, and all metrics/experiments are tracked and visible to the team.

  • 6-Months: Repeatable acquisition engines that 10× active users and set us up for Series-A-level scale.
