Text messaging

RayFit Inc. sends text messages from Ray, your RayFit coach, to members who opt in. This page shows how you opt in, what Ray sends, and how to get help or stop.

1. How you opt in

You opt in inside the RayFit iPhone app. When you sign up, the phone number screen asks for your number and offers a checkbox to get texts from Ray. The box starts unticked, and Ray only texts you if you tick it. Texts are optional, and RayFit works without them.

The checkbox reads:

Text me coaching and workout reminders from Ray (RayFit) at this number, by RCS or SMS. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Terms of Service · Privacy Policy

2. What Ray sends

Ray texts you coaching messages and workout reminders, and answers when you text back. How often depends on your workouts and how much you chat with Ray. Message and data rates may apply.

Ray's first text welcomes you and ends with:

You're signed up to get texts from me. How often I text depends on your workouts and how much we chat. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help, or STOP to opt out of texts from RayFit anytime.

3. Getting help

Text HELP at any time, and Ray replies:

This is Ray, your RayFit coach. Get help at rayfit.com/support or hello@rayfit.com. How often I text depends on your workouts and how much we chat. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out anytime.

4. Opting out

Text STOP at any time, and Ray replies:

Got it, you're opted out and won't get any more RayFit texts from me. Text START if you change your mind.

After that, Ray sends no more texts unless you text START.

5. Terms and privacy

Text messages are covered by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
